Bidder Registration FAQ:

Is Bidder Registration free?
 Yes!


What type of payment is accepted at the Tax Sale?
Only certified funds such as Cashier’s Check, Cash, or Money Order will be accepted.


How long do I have to make payment?
Typically, there is a 1–2-hour window after the final bid (when the tax sale is over) to go secure funds in the bidding amount and return to make the payment. (ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Failure to remit the bid price on the day of the sale may result in a judgment against the purchaser for the bid amount.)


I registered but didn’t receive a confirmation e-mail?
The confirmation e-mail may have gone into your spam/junk folder.

 

I registered online, now what?
We thank you for your registration! You will check in the day of the tax sale and the tax sale host(s) will direct you from there. Please have a valid I.D. with you.

I was going to register online but didn’t realize there was a cut off time, can I still register?
Yes! You can still register in person the day of the tax sale unless you are trying to register for Fulton County.


Is the tax sale online?
No, the tax sale is located in the city or county that you are registering to bid. The location can be found in the legal advertisement.


Can I register once and attend all tax sales?
No. Unfortunately, you will have to register separately for each city/county and month. For your protection, his data you supply to us for registration is stored until the tax sale and then deleted once it is sent to the city/county having the tax sale. We do not keep your information.


Where can I find a list of properties going to sale?
You can search the city or counties website or check with the legal organ/newspaper that is advertising for the city/county.

THERE WILL BE NO ONLINE REGISRATION FOR FEBRUARY TAX SALES.

​​PLEASE CONTACT JESSICA BY EMAIL AT JESSICA@GTSWEB.COM FOR ONLINE REGISTRATION INQUIRIES.  BE SURE TO CHECK THE EMAIL YOU ENTERED ON THE FORM TO CONFIRM YOUR REGISTRATION.  YOUR CONFIRMATION OF REGISTRATION WILL BE IN YOUR INBOX.  NO OTHER ACTION IS NEEDED.

WE CAN ONLY ASSIST WITH ONLINE REGISTRATION.

THIS FORM IS BEST VIEWED USING CHROME OR EDGE BROWSERS.

ONLINE REGISTRATION CLOSES AT 2PM THE MONDAY PRIOR TO THE TAX SALE, UNLESS THE MONDAY PRIOR IS A HOLIDAY.  REGISTRATION WILL THEN CLOSE AT 2PM THE FRIDAY BEFORE  THE TAX SALE.

All sales are FINAL. The Taxing Authority makes no claims or guarantees about any property or mobile home sold.  Failure to remit the bid price on the day of the sale shall result in a judgement against the purchaser for the bid amount.  Cash or certified funds are required.  This form must be completed in its entirety.
